Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

End of Use. B R I Construction & Design may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Cap on Damages. Liability of B R I Construction & Design arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify B R I Construction & Design against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OR.
